You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. These are topical products applied to the skin, and once a seal is broken we are unable to resell or safely restock them.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including all postage costs, at our expense. You will not be asked to pay to return it.
For a change of mind, the cost of returning the item is yours. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, it is ours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
